The hotel's location was excellent, with a free car park and very friendly staff. However, the room was quite noisy being underneath the ballroom at certain hours. The service was friendly overall but lacked attention to detail in some areas. The dining experience fell short with issues in service and food quality.

The hotel could do with a bit of modernizing, lacking in food availability, and offering limited drinks choice. However, the location is perfect, overlooking the sea near the center of town. The service was great, especially from the young man in the bar, and fresh cream cakes were a delight. The dining experience was not well planned, with a small table for breakfast service, while the facilities need improvement due to poor maintenance.

The hotel was fine for what we needed - a place to sleep. The room had a large damp patch on one wall and smelt strongly of damp, which was a bit off-putting. The staff were as helpful as they could be, always willing to assist, even though they forgot to send our breakfast up to the room because we booked through booking. The location is perfect, on the seafront and only 2 minutes round the corner from the town. The dining experience was all a bit mad and not well planned, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. Overall, a near-perfect holiday marred by a few issues.
